Salt Lake City, UT (November 24, 2020) - VLCM, an enterprise technology and data solutions company has announced that they have acquired Trusted Network Solutions (TNS), a great network and security provider with over 15 years of experience. This acquisition enhances VLCM’s network and security business.
The purchase of TNS based in Salt Lake City, Utah, further increases VLCM’s IT business in Utah, Idaho and Wyoming. “Trusted Network Solutions has phenomenally taken care of their customers for over a decade," says VLCM Chief Executive Officer, Mike Linton, "VLCM is excited to continue that level of service into the future.”
The acquisition of TNS was accomplished through an extensive vetting process. “We feel VLCM is, by far, the best fit for stepping in for TNS and taking great care of each client going forward,” says Dave Norwood, former President of TNS, “VLCM has relationships with all TNS vendors and has a much larger staff to take care of professional and managed services, sales, and support renewals.”
To help make the transition seamless, Dave will be joining VLCM as an executive advisor and consultant.
