The HP Converged Infrastructure CIO Series continued in Denver this last week with VLCM and HP treating their Colorado customers to a nice steak dinner at Morton’s The Steakhouse. Oh, and HP had some presentations too—offering value information about HP storage options.
Morton’s The Steakhouse
It’s a very un-pretentious name for a steakhouse, but despite its lack of assumption, Morton’s The Steakhouse is nationally renowned for their cuisine. With multiple locations throughout the country, Morton’s has been touted as “the best place for prime steak anywhere”. (www.mortons.com)
VLCM and HP at Morton’s
It’s no wonder then why HP and their top dealer in the west chose such a venue for the second of three seminars in the HP Converged Infrastructure CIO Series in Denver.
Presenters for this occasion included John Heller, VLCM’s account manager for Colorado, and Kevin Valdez, HP Information Storage Consultant. After a brief introduction from Heller, Kevin started his discussions about the latest HP technologies in the storage space. HP’s ConvergedSystems was the first matter addressed, and the topics that followed included HP’s cloud offerings and the strategies employed by HP for condensing multiple hardware pieces into one easily-managed configuration.
