If you are in business in the year 2020, you almost certainly collect, stores and use data. At the beginning of 2020, new regulations went into place that likely pertain to your day-to-day operations. In this episode of the CYBER24 podcast, presented by VLCM, we discuss the differences between privacy and security; new regulations like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or internationally, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); and a new approach to getting and staying compliant, developed by a company right here in Utah.
